We are preparing for a music festival for young women ages 12-25 who love to sing in our surrounding communities. This festival will help teach young singers about the barbershop harmony artform which is one of the few true American artforms and was started right here in Oklahoma!

2012 Young Women In Harmony Festival - HUGE SUCCESS!!

The Sooner Sensations Show Chorus would like to thank all of the BEAUTIFUL and TALENTED young women who attended our very first annual festival! It was an amazing experience for everyone involved and the concert was SO MUCH FUN! We would also like to thank all of the businesses and volunteers that helped make this event so successful! There are not enough words to thank you for all that you have giving to these young women! WE THANK YOU! If you did not get an opportunity to help, please feel free to make a donation using the "Donate" to the left. All funds donated through this link will be used specifically for Young Women In Harmony expenses for this and future festivals! Your investment will help pay for music, education materials, facility fees, etc. It's a small price to pay to see the smiles on the faces of these young women as they grow and mature into our future!

Saturday, October 27th, 2012 at 7:45am, the Sooner Sensations Show Chorus will be starting off the event by performing "The Star Spangled Banner". Several members of our chorus are breast cancer survivors, and it is an amazing honor to be invited to participate in this worthwhile event.

The Sooner Sensations Show Chorus will also be walking in the "Race For The Cure" this year with team "Debbie's Divas". We are working to raise $500 for this very worthy cause so please email us at contact@soonersensations.com if you would like to help us reach our goal or if you would like to join our team so that we can get the information to you as soon as possible!

Sooner Sensations Show Chorus is an extraordinary group of women who gather together in celebration of the art form known as barbershop music. We are a chapter of Sweet Adelines International.

Our director is the wonderful Debbie K. Hagan-Hogan, who inspires us to reach new heights with each performance. We can be heard throughout the year, singing for civic and charitable organizations, private groups, churches, community events, and fundraisers.

We love to entertain by putting on our own musical events each year for the community, our friends, and families. We do performances for local groups and church, and in an effort to stay committed to singing and performing at the highest level possible, we compete each year in a regional contest.
